ZeroHour warrants its illumination products to be free of defects for 2 years of use from the purchase date except abuse, normal wear-and-tear, or if the product is discontinued. If the item is still available (in-stock on our website) and your item appears to be defective, then we can attempt to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the product. If the item is no longer available (out-of-stock or discontinued) and/or shows signs of wear-and-tear (e.g. scratches, dings, dents, cracks, water damage, etc.) then it cannot be warranted. It is possible that we may offer a store credit, buy-back, and/or upgrade option to a newer model on a case-by-case basis.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new ZeroHour flashlights.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts up to 2 years. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the flashlight, or if the flashlight model has been discontinued and/or out-of-stock.
What Will ZeroHour Do?
ZeroHour will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge. You are responsible for inbound shipping and labor charges. If the product is out of warranty we will take a look at it and let you know if it can or cannot be repaired. We will return the flashlight to you within 30 days.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This 2 year warranty excludes rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, chargers, switches, and electronics which have a 2 year warranty with proof of purchase. Problems that are caused by abuse, misuse, water damage, or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How Do You Get Service?
You must contact us by email to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization and/or Return Label). If you purchased from Amazon, eBay, or another website other than our website zerohouredc.com, you must forward us the order confirmation email that you received from Amazon or eBay. This is used as your proof of purchase. If you purchased it from our website directly, we will only need to provide us your full name and email address used when purchasing as you will already be in our warranty system.
If something goes wrong with your ZeroHour product(s) or you feel you have received a defective product(s), DO NOT attempt to repair, dismantle, or take it apart. Send it back to us with a brief written description of the problem and your RMA# or a print out of the email we replied to:

We will inspect your flashlight and contact you within 72 hours of receiving to give the results of our inspection and an estimate of the labor charges required to fix the flashlight. If you authorize repairs, we will return the repaired flashlight to you within 72 hours. There is no charge for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping or dropping off return packages, but we will cover shipping fees back to your address.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
