Shipping & Returns
PLEASE NOTE: Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. USA orders are taking 3 to 5 business days longer than normal. International orders are taking 21 to 30 days longer than normal.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING:
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all domestic customers on orders over $50. It will include delivery tracking and insurance. On average, orders take up to 7 to 10 business days to process and ship from our California warehouse to your delivery address.
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday (excludes holidays). All estimated shipping and processing times are in business days (M-F). United States Postal Service (USPS) does not operate on Sunday; Weekend orders will be sent out on the following business day.
Most USA orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail (7-10 Business Days). Customers may choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (3-5 Business Days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (2-3 Business Days) for an additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship Internationally (Worldwide) and currently offer USPS ePacket and FedEx with delivery tracking. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the U.S. are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
International Orders
For most international orders we will be shipping via USPS ePacket which varies between 21 to 30 business days. ePacket is ONLY available to these countries:

If your country is not listed above, or if you want to upgrade your ePacket service for faster and more reliable service, you must choose the FedEx Priority Mail (5 to 7 Business Days; Guaranteed) service. If you are not on the list above and you choose a service other than FedEx Priority Mail, we will not be able to ship your order. We will contact you if their are issues.
IMPORT FEES / DUTIES & TAXES
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
- The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of USA), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to us, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to us.
SOME DESTINATIONS WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES
There are some destinations that our website cannot calculate shipping costs correctly for. If we receive an order and our shipping costs exceeds the price that you paid, we reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notification. We may reach out to you to discuss the correct shipping costs and give you the option to re-order. We apologize for this inconvenience.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Returns/Exchanges: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to: support@zerohouredc.com to conduct an RMA request. All items must be returned unused with the original packaging. Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund or store credit.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please choose a trackable shipping method when returning items and send us the tracking number so we know when to expect your return.
Do not attempt to return/exchange a product without first contacting us and receiving your RMA number.
Defectives: Please contact support@zerohouredc.com and include your Name, Order Number and Issue. Include photos or videos if necessary so we can help resolve your issue quickly.
SEND PRODUCTS BACK TO US:
When we receive your package we will proceed to exchange / refund accordingly. This process can take 14 to 21 business days.
